When will my order be made and shipped out?

Everything is made with love and care by myself so it may take a little longer for me to carefully craft and package your order. Each order will be sent out from 1-10 days from the order date. If your order is a gift or need it to be sent out quicker, please contact me by email or Instagram and I can prioritise your order.

 

My order arrived broken! What should I do?

I try my best to package my orders to ensure they are safe and secure but due to their fragility, there is a possibility they may break during the shipping process. If this happens please contact me and I can either refund or remake the order for you! 

 

I would like my favourite Jellycat to be made into earrings, keyrings or a desk friend but you don't currently sell them. Will you be making them in the future?

I listen to all your suggestions and contributions and do create and sell many of them! However I am unable to sell all suggestions fully on my website so I am 100% open to custom orders! If you would like me to create a specific Jellycat for you, please contact me and I will be able to quote you a price on a custom made one for you. Please note that the custom-made orders will be priced depending on what you request.
